Solved Cant connect to a server

every time i try to log in , i get past to the connecting to lumiel or siel and when i press enter it just freezes for about 5 mins and then says disconnected from server.

im not using any ping reducers or such, and real aion account works just fine, i just cant log in to gamez

Let me guess you downloaded Aion through NCSOFT.
You need to download the game through torrent in order to run the game.
