Can't connect to the authorization server

Hello, i'd like to ask for some assistance please.

It seems that I can't login to my other (templar) account but I could login to my (glad) account.
It all started this morning, I logged in with my temp account then I left my char afk for sometime
cause I had to do something. When I got back, it said "Disconnected for being AFK for too long"

I've sent an official unstuck request, thinking it might help, and am also trying to login to no avail.
I really need help please, thank you.

Note: When I try to login to my other account now it says, "Can't connect to the server."
Is it just me or is gamezaion on downtime?
