    im using windows 7 64bit..
    windows firewall already off and anti virus is disabled..
    the game is 369..
    dont know what to do.. please help..

    that problem is on other pc , the one you fix with teamviewer is PC on shop . im a friend of Qhou. that problem is on his own pc. the other one pc crashes all the time is pc from internet cafe.
