CAN'T CONNECTING TO BDO AFTER SELECTING CHAR

sir can i ask u something?
my friend have problem with loggin issue.
he get kicked from server after selecting character and got connection lost.
my another friend have some issues like that too
they used the same internet provider:my republic indonesia
they can loggin yesterday but after this morning in indonesia,they just getting kicked after selecting char to connection lost like before
do you know what is solution for that problem?

Usually, the fixes for that issue are http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ #15. If these do not work, and they have no bans under ban system on gamezbd.net account page, they may simply be stuck and need to wait for a server restart.
