Can't convert PEN Naru to Tuvala.

I never received the quest to convert my PEN naru to Tuvala gear after finishing the Mediah questline.

 

Have you tried talk to Fughar?

 

I have tried talking to Fughar. He doesnt have any quests other than his usual dailies.

 

Of course you do it on the seasonal character?
I'm just making sure. Because I guess it matters.

Which class are you? Which item are you trying to convert? Have you finished all Mediah quests up to "Reliving the Darkness"? Remember: the conversion is made through the Chat Option with Fughar.

 

I am a Hasashin, I have finished all the quests up to the one that says in search of the eastern sand kingdom. Fughar has no chat options for this...

 

Okay, now, just to be sure... Is the durability of your equipment full?

Just to update... I have just finished the Mediah Main Quest Line and I got the exchange without problems, so it's not a bug..:

Do you have all tasks selected?
Because maybe it matters.
Vide quest on Invert Garmoth Heart.

Do you have them in your inventory or maybe on a character?

 

the gear is in my inventory. This is fine now, I have just obtained normal Tuvala gear and started enhancing it myself...

By the way, 40 day mission at Fughar, "200Ap, 250DP".
You must be wearing your gear when taking the quest.
Otherwise he will not pass.
