Can't create and use Alliance system.

    I need to use aliiance system with 2 guild that both are below 50ppl and no node conquer. i stay in the same channel with the others GM but when i click Alliance Invitation there no invted to the other GM. then switch let he invite me but still nothing show up again. pls help me ty. sry for my english skill :)
