Cant delete chars

Yea so as it says i cant delete my characters, i have both ely and asmo chars (asmo chars are my more recent) and i wanted to delete my ely chars so i could make mroe asmos....

butt i cant delete any of my ely chars, only my asmo ones...

so 1 question is; is there a way to delete chars via website?

question 2; how can i fix it if there isnt a way to delete via website?

make sure ingame all of the items including kinah on the character u want to delete are thrown away and anything you need put in account wh also if your in a legion leave it should let you delete char after doing all this ^^
