can't delete

    why can't I delete a low level char, even I have typed confirm delete, but still no change. if the admins or anyone who has the authority could help me please delete but not all of them only "Pallazo, Devha, Aibel, Mytha. " or there are other ways. I hope there is an answer as soon as possible.
