Can't disable item notification pop-up

Prerequisite:
User has Premium

Note:
Force check was done, re-login was done, the issue persists

Repro Step:
1. Grind and obtain drop items
2. Item notification pops up each time items received
3. Changes to settings, and premium settings to disable any form of notice applied

Result:
Notification continues to pop up after changes were made

Expected Result:
Notification should stop with alerts being disabled.

Frequency:
10/10 = 100%

This is a newly added feature, which is awesome by the way, because in the long run, those messages are REALLY annoying. BUT I think it would be in the best interest of GamezBD, to add it as an option for ALL players, instead of just premium users.
