Can't do new quests whit old chars (and other bugs)

I have some low lvl chars that I lvled up after the 2.5 update and I noticed that a new chain of campaign quests appears, but my old lvl 55 chars don't have this quests avaliable! There is any update to fix it programated, or there is any way to reset my quests, or (OMG) I will have to REALY RESS MY CHAR?
Noticed Bugs:
- Debilkarim the Maker uses a fear magic that bugs the char (he keep walking even after the efect is off, and u cant control it anymore), you have to quit the game to fix, but when u come back you are at the midle of nothig and you die if you try to get out (you have to use teleport). Im not shure, but this bug may be happening whit all fear skills.
- The items don't agroup or change i'ts positions (I mean, you can change the position, but it reset when you login again). U can do it manualy but it takes a LOT of time.
- Rangers make you fall from fly state whit some attacks (Im not shure if it's bug or one skill, sory Im an ethernal nOOb)
Some questions:
- There is any idea of when 64 bits support for the client will be avaliable in this server?
- Can I spend my credits on items now or shoud I whait for fixing the problem whit the items that I mentioned?
- When will Tac Officer items be avaliable to buy (I know it will be by credits).
