Cant double jump or glide on nightmare (black pegasus)

    I bought a pegasus and leveled it to 30 along with what Ive been told are all the necessary skills: High jump, double jump, sprint, wings of wind, etc all 100%

    However I still cannot glide or even double jump with my pegasus.
    What can I do?
    If this is a bug can I get a refund?
