cant download aion client

I'm planning on re downloading the whole aion client because my old one got deleted
when im trying to update it,its stuck on 12%

[Update error]Cannot download file.

Another question how many months needed before your account got remove or deleted when not going online?
Do voting considered going online? or do i need to log in-game to prevent my account from getting remove?

i quit almost 2 months now because of the new job the robot thingy :smile: cant download the new patch.
whatever i do its stuck so i decided to quit for a while,and now that i want to play aion again
but my computer got formatted:sad:

i miss my characters lol:biggrin:

 

Regarding your account, inactive accounts for 6-7 months are automatically deleted. Voting is considered an activity therefor logging in-game is not required.

Now about downloading, make sure to disable your anti virus or firewall (in case disabling anti virus doesn't work still) before downloading the game.

Regarding your aion problem, try what Haydheez said. If that does not work, I had a similar problem back then where it got stuck at 99% lol. I had to uninstall Pando Media Booster (comes with Aion, at least back then) and then it installed fine .

Aion accounts get deleted after 7 months of inactivity.

when you said 7 months of inactivity you mean not voting and playing in game?

 

Yes, not voting and not playing in-game.

 

If you already restarted the launcher and the error still appearing try to click "File Repair".
