Cant Find Chain/Plate Yellow/Orange designs

    Ok, i was collected, and crafted all ingredients of "Design: Master Drenium Chain Hood" but, when i was to buy that design, theres not in the Primum fortress npc (Armorsmithing Merchant Npc)
    and then, i noticed that no one yellow/orange design :/

    it was removed from that or only a new bug?? if there are another place when i can buy it or someone of you have it and wanna sell it to me, please reply this topic xDD
