Cant find the [Boss] Witch-Hunting Quest for Fairy Questline

Hi My first post here

I'm currently at level 58 and i seems not to find the Witch-Hunting Quest, and have doon all quests untill "The Disapperance of Nella 10/13" is there somthing i'm missing or what? I'm realy frustrated becuse no one is saying how to even get the witch hunting Mission. and no one is explaiing nothing. and no one who talks English is saying anyting in Global Chat.
