Cant fly in any map

umm...got a prob, i cant fly in any map it just said im not allowed to fly in that region...any1 knows how to fix this?

 

Same problem..only difference is mine doesnt even give the "You cannot fly in this area" message

Here is the System.ovr file you need to change.

Try this out. This is a fix that Sycth normally posts.

 

If you installed free fly and still can not fly, you need to run aion as admin and you will be able to fly once you log in, this is for windows 7 and vista users.

 

Both didnt work..im trying to repair my client and see if it fixes but it gets stuck here

Alente has removed freefly from certain places.

 

Well Shaikan can't seem to fly on any map which is strange. I'll see if I can find anything else on this.

Perhaps you tried in beluslan or heiron ?

If as you say you cannot fly in any map shaikan and melforce after you've edited the system.ovr just wait for a gm x_x

I tried Morheim,Ishalgen,Belus,Altgard*free-fly zones right?*

Also tried Pandae and Gelkramos*obviously didnt work*

 

Can you copy the text in your 'System.ovr' file please? This is found in your Aion folder.

I think that it is a problem with my client..as i can't loot items from dead mobs as well..repairing might fix it..but it gets stuck..arhhhh

And your not trying to fly while transformed are you?

Repair your client as Admin, if it works fine then close your launcher and everything Aion.

Replace the System.ovr file with what has already been stated, make sure you are using the latest Gamez Launcher which can be found in my sig and try flying in the Abyss

 

i'm having same problem and i've tried do as u said, but another error appear after i did it:" fail to initailize the game (1024)" or something like that. This only be resolved after i repaired the file system.ovr back to b4 i copy the text. Any ideas to fix it??

 

Yes, this is because your client is using the 1.9 item.pak.

Repair your client and only change the system.ovr file.

This should work.

Ok the issue you have is your client isnt at the right version, and your internet connection is having trouble downloading the files.

Can you update to 2.0 without problems?

If not then you are going to need to download this version of the client;

But i would like to try and prevent this as it will just mean more hours of waiting, so you need to tell me more
