cant fly

ive seen people free flying but i cant seem to figure out if theres something i need to buy or what im lvl 40 atm and i tried page up but it tells me i cant fly here when ive seen peopel do it
plz help someone thxs

 

Go to your aion folder, and search for a file named "system.ovr file" and open with a notepad to edit, it must be like this:

-- [System-Configuration]
-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg
