Can't fly!

    Greetings,

    I am on v2.1 aion but i see people flying outside beluslan which i couldn't do it, it said "You cannot fly in this area". Help would be appreciated! Thanks :)

    I tried that fix but it's not working, when i run gamezaion launcher as administrator, it says this program isnt available in your country and i changed it to north america but to no avail.
