Can't get in game :(

    I can't even gain access to the launcher,
    - I've restarted my PC
    - I've deleted the gamezbd.status
    - I've made sure the set path is correct
    - Redownloaded the launcher
    - and even completely deleted and reinstalled the game

    The All in one run times button is greyed out in the launcher for me, so I downloaded them through the site but it still doesn't work

    Whenever I DO manage to get it to work, it only takes me to EU server even though I have the NA flag selected. I dont know what else to do (._.)

    Update:
    I'm got on this morning real quick just to see if it would randomly work and uh... I did. No clue what the fix actually was, but I'm up and working again.

    I also forgot to mention, the cause of all the problems in the beginning was me restarting my game because I kept getting a

    "Couldn't load information from Central market, try again" whenever I went to go collect my money for sold items
    It still occasionally does it but it works if I keep closing and reopening it

    WOW same issue I have been dealing with the past 12ish hours. I came back last week after a long break, spend some money to get premium and was having fun til last night I noticed the market being stupid slow if it responded at all. The rest of the game ran perfectly fine (been running since the weekend as I never turn it off.

    Then I came to the forums last night to see if anyone else had the issue and the forums was acting very odd, running slow and giving me some cloudflare error. I do know the in game market and the forums are running off the same data server so there seems to be an issue with my connection to this data server. I close the game and now having issues getting the launcher to run getting those same errors as you @Bamboozled. Was able to get back in game after a while and it ran perfect again accept the central market.

    Got in contact with @Kolka on telegram and he remote into my PC and checked everything he could, even disabling my windows firewall and antivirus but to no success. Seems he tried everything he could looking for some program blocking gamezbd launcher from running but there was nothing. nothing has changed on my pc other then installing telegram this past week i told him and after more digging on my PC he gave up and said "try reinstalling windows, I have no more ideas" which I know will not fix this and would rather take another vacation from gamez then go through that hassle.

    I would like to add I am on ATT Uverse so maybe gamez cloudflare is blocking or slowing down my ISP? Maybe ATT is not liking gamez? I have seen this before on retail and it was in fact their ddos protection blocking many ISPs trying to fight against their ddos attacks when they had them and those affected just had to wait it out.

    Hopefully this gets resolved soon so I can continue enjoying myself back here, if not I guess Ill just pack it up again for 3-6months and use the remaining gamez cash I just got then. This really stinks tho...

    Just curious now you were able to get in, is your central market running fine?

    Welp (knock on wood) seems the magical birdie has flown in and fix this issue for me as well. Cranked up the launcher instantly, checked all files and logged in without any errors. get in game and am able to move all my items into warehouse for sale with no lag and even the forums work smoothly once again.

    Again nothing was changed on my end (client) as kolka kept insisting but is all good now. Hope it stays good for a good while so I can continue enjoying my BDO fix :).

    I still say the cloudflare ddos protection used on the database server (forums/game market) doesnt like some of our ISPs and gets pissy with us.

    Ohhh, I have At&t Uverse internet too... might be possible that it has something to do with it. Because the website has been really slow for me lately too
