Cant get past ncsoft screen

When its loading the NcSoft screen, it just closes out.

 

Maybe the items.pak you're using isn't working for you.
Did you download one of the 1.9 items.pak on forums? None of them worked for me except one.. and til I found the one I crashed before I got to login screen, this might be the problem.

 

yea i got the item.pak 1.9 the new 1. thats not it, im not sure what it is. maybe i shuld redownload/reinstall?

 

Is your directx updated?

 

try reparing before uninstalling/reinstalling, sometimes repairing works out any lil bugs you have. might be just 1 file that needs to be fixed and the repairing might help

 

yea i just updated it and tried it, same problem

Hmm, how to update directx ? May you guide me ? Search in google and download the lastest directx and install? Is it?
