Cant get to Heiron

    how do i get to heiron? i cant seem to teleport here with any of the cities teleporters.
    was there something that i needed to do? im lvl 54

    Go to each town and talk to the Brigade Generals, and that should unlock all towns.

    What THEdroop said - you have to finish the first quest in every town to access the other towns.
