cant go in to the server i need asistance

i don't have any trouble with it.
it seems a little strange to me.

just be patient, posts like this wont help you out. Go on lumiel while waiting for awnser. i gave up my 20b character and started on lumiel. less crashes, less lagg and enough targets :devil:

 

Your issue may be situated within your ping. Because you live so far away from the server you may occasionally disconnect from the server if you exceed a certain ping limit. Also it may just be a matter of time before you connect to the server. The final issue may be that it is full and you just need to wait for population to go down.

 

i have 100-200 ping everyday..

and i can log in my other acounts...

my only problem is that i cant log in on siel..

but in lumiel i can which is my problem..

atleast some1 will help me out here..

 

It may just be that the server is full, hence why the secondary server was created. If you wait for maybe an hour when the population dies down you may be able to get in, or if you reboot your computer and reinstall the gamez Aion installer it may fix your problem.

 

There was 5 GM's that viewed this thread, but would be nice if one could say the issue is being looked into. Then we wouldnt need to keep making more posts.

PS: I am at work now, will check this issue again when home in a few hours. When this happened to me was last night when playing. I added to Marygolds thread as I saw it wasnt only me.

 

like i said.. if its full.. i cant log in either any of my acounts..

why is that only 1 of my acount cant log in siel while the others can? if its full?? do you get it now?

The GM's can't always have a solution Kanaka, and posting a useless reply like "I'm not sure" or "I'll get back to you on that one", isn't going to help Mary at all. You need to realise that being a GM is a learning curve and they will eventually have answers to most of your issues, but not straight away. Be patient and you will eventually get a good solution.

I personally think it may be a file error in your aion folder and that reinstalling the gamez aion installer may help your issue.

Thanks, but no, not the problem, but I thank you for your input. I run retail/PTS/SS and Gamez AIONS's, and no issues with any and all. Just the transition from Siel to Lumiel and back in login screen on Gamez. I can get it with 3 disconnects, then will FINALLY let me choose my server. None say full atm.

Dont need to give a vague answer to Marygolds and my problem, just a "Forwarded problem to {insert person here} to check". Then we would feel heard. Thats been my main issue for awhile. Players need to feel like they are heard.

Trust me, you guys are always heard. I used to be with the GM's and although they didn't post on the thread, there was constant conversation in the staff section of the forums into how they could fix these issues, and they all collaborated into getting it fixed. You may not think it, but the GM team is always improving and working together to fix the servers issues. You just may not see it.

I doubt that it would be relative to a stuck character, as that itself would'nt prevent you from logging onto the server, but just prevent you from using that certain character. I think you may be having some connection issues from your region just to that server in particular.

 

like i said if its conection issues from my regoin? why the hell can i log in my other acounts with ni problem?

 

Sorry Mary, i'm not too sure about your issue at the moment, but i'm certain that a stuck character wouldn't stop you from logging in.

 

i know your not that sure thats why i need a gm or admins answer or solution for this one..
