cant go in to the server i need asistance

Ok i've spoken to Alente and apparently it's an issue that comes and goes, it's just an incompatibility error with some users that prevents them from logging in on their first attempts, but apparently if you repeatedly attempt at logging in, you will eventually get onto the server. Alente himself has experienced this issue and has gotten into the server just by repeating the login process.

Yeah, kinda knew this already, 3 times to finally make it in last night. Thanks Alente for confirming this through Mesmar, though would be nice if confirmation came through staff themselves. I dont trust other players and there info on "problems" section. I feel this should be admin responses only. Just my opinion.

 

jsut so u know ive been repeating the log in proces for almost 12 hrs now with my main acount and still i cant.

 

I'm sorry but that's the only solution Alente could provide me with. It's a virutally unknown problem otherwise.

 

its an acount problem coz i have no problem with my other acount.. i can easily log in to siel..

while my 1 acount cant.. it can only go to lumiel which is weird.. i hoep some admin give me some good answer..

Do this, log in, and take a few screenshots so we know what you are seeing on your end. You have not been detailed in this problem since the first post so after 5pages of trying to help with no solution, now is the time to get screenshot since non of us are Psychics and can see what your seeing.

Hmm... I don't know how to help you. Everyone, GM wise as looked at this thread, and I really cant say what is wrong.

 

so what now? my items and abg stuff on my siel is just gone now?

 

No.... its still there.. My last option... and im sure your gonna hate this.... Uninstall and reinstall the whole game.... as well as the gamezaion launcher and see if that helps.

 

I'm not sure if its possible but..
Maybe if you set up a second account that you verify you can log onto siel with, you can try asking a seniorAm to transfer all of the items from your old account to the newly created one.
