    Plz help me,my girlfriend cant go to inggison,she's lvl 53, and the quest Bound to Inggison is done.

    Or if anyone had the same problem and have the solution,i'll be grateful!

    Btw those scrolls require VIP to trade....idk why but make sure you have vip...

    wtf lol, u sure the items.pak aint enough? thats like...1.5k credits to trade a scroll coz of a really cheap bug thats easy to fix

    edit: if its true, dont buy the VIP urself, aint worth it, just ask somebody nearby who is already a VIP to send her some (can use mail/express mail too, doesnt have to go there)

    like it has already been said. go in the the crubicle area, and just as u enter in front of u is a portal. that will take u to iggi. and it cost 0 kinah. once in iggi u can buy ur self some scrolls.
