    Hi!

    look, when i try to download the game this is what happens

    The server does not support the HTTP Protocol necesary. Service Background Intelligent Transfer (BITS) requires that the server support the Range protocol header.

    i don't know what it means o.o

    Try to add NCsoft launcher to your antivirus exception list, and also try to turn off your firewall.

    Are you behind a proxy? This can prevent you for downloading the game.
