    Yesterday i payed for a T10 horse on the website, i receive him, registred but when i want to use it i simply cant
    No shorcuts does work to intteract with him (or even appear like all horses/png), i tried a lot of things but nothing to do i cant ride or see the stats / inventory etc once he's near me
    Would like to enjoy it asap, ty for answer and bug fix :)

    I'm assuming you're playing with a seasonal character, right? Tier 9/10 horses can be mounted only by regular characters.
