Cant join the game ( with picture )

Hey guys,
I really need your help... nothing happens as soon as I press "Play" in the main screen.



I tried to disable the firewall and malwarebytes as well as trying to redownload the launcher from your website. Nothing helps
Hope you can help me.

Restricted user means you're banned.

 

No, its not "youre banned". On the official BDO, this is a problem from Vodafone/Kabel Deutschland, the German users got blocked, theyre Internet provider does block it.

There was an German Thread for it, also one in English, but I can't find it.

Edit: okay, the restricted is Banned but the first message in german is:
" now processing"

I have now a new German member who stuck at this problem, DNS changes doesnt help. For me it did help on the retail, but some people seems to get it here too and the DNS change doesnt help

 

What about VPN? Same result?

 

Yes, both users tested it, the actual user with that Problem have it tryed also with hotspot from his phone, also his friend can play BDO on his Laptop with his Internet, so on GamezBD, it seems like it's not a DNS problem.
Another reason on retail was a DDOS attack, but that affected a lot people and not only 1, so this can`t be the reason too.
It's very hard to find the error...

 

I personally hardly encounter 'now processing' and when this happens I simply restart the client and it works as if there was no error at all. Your friend should at least get past now processing using a VPN, because I can't possibly think of any other solution right now.

 

He used a VPN, he used the hotspot from his phone, whatever he try, it doesnt work.

Strange, the error indicates a connection problem.

 

In the most cases it was one, but no idea why a vpn doesnt even work...
