Solved Can't log in, crashing immediately

I'm not able to sign into the seil server on my main character at all b/c the client immediately crashes on sign in. I got myself killed in sanctum by missing the moving canal gazebo and my respawn point was in the idian depths. I'm guessing something changed about that level since the update to 5.0 as I'm crashing immediately on re-spawn/sign in every time. This has been my first sign in since update to 5.0.

I am still crashing immediately when trying to sign in. I really would like this to be fixed soon so i can use my only day off this week to play.

To give more information, my character is dead and needs to respawn, i was set to respawn in the idian depths but crashed immediately when loading that level. Now every time i try to resign-in my game will promptly will crash. Can I have my respawn point moved to sanctum and be forcefully teleported there? otherwise im afraid I will just keep crashing.

Welp. I've unstuck your character. However...your bind point may be an issue depending on where you were bound. =X

 

thank you for getting me unstuck, it was quite a surprise to respawn in the middle of the void of the abyss! I'm good now and rebound at a safer location.

did Idian depths get fully deleted? I'm getting rather frustrated with NCsofts development ideas of cutting huge swaths of the game and calling it content.
