can't log in

Hello all. Maybe someone can help me? Yesterday I finished update my aion and tried to log in, but I could not. Signature my nickname and password, then I click agree and wait before my char appear, but it does not. So i just waiting until I will get dc. Then I try again, but anyway same. I played years ago, everything was fine. Now I do not know what's the problem. P.S. sorry for my english.

Make sure you've installed the correct downgrade and the correct item.pak as often this can be a cause of the problem

Note that some older PCs may not be able to use the compressed version of the item.pak and you will need to use the loose files
