Solved Can't Log in

When i try to log in the launcher a message error say Incorrect username or password, but in the website i can log normally, i try everything and search for the problem in the forums.

Is this a recent problem only? Have you been able to log in to the game in the past? Make sure the Remember Me box is checked off on the Launcher. Alternatively, you can change your password and see if it works.

 

In the past i was able to play, but now i download again i can't log in in the launcher, i change the password i disable the remember me box, and nothing

 

You have to enable the remember me box. The game will not launch if that box does not have a check mark in it.

 

It's the same, enabled or disabled, i can't log in on the launcher

 

Out of curiosity, do you mean the main website or the forum? Just to confirm: you can log into the main website and you made sure the credentials are the exact same and the launcher as well and the error still persists?

 

Yeah, i can log in on the website but i can't on the launcher..
But if i change the password again, and if i leave the password that GameZ DB provide me i can log in, but if a change it i can't log in.
So i think is resolved
