cant log in?

i have just joined this server and have registered both on the home page and here in the forums and for some reason when i try to log in, in-game it says that the username is invalid or password invalid. i have even gone and registered yet again and the same thing is happening to me. did i not register properly? or is there something else going on? any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you install the Gamez Launcher into the main NCSoft Folder

 

login to the website, if it works then the account is fine and its just ur client not setup properly
