Can't log onto my Character~

Was in Kata doing quests to hit 65 and suddenly my game crashed. Didn't think much of it. Started game back up logged in but instead of going to my characters the screen just sat there, and nothing happened. Finally, I used the character unstuck on the website which I though fixed the problem but it won't let me log back onto the character now. On the site it says my characters location is unknown so that might be the problem but idk how to fix it. Please help!~

 

Try logging in another character of yours and type .fix [your character's name that is stuck] then switch. Send another unstuck request on the website too and let me grant it. If both doesn't work, then you'll have to wait for server restart..

I did the .fix as you said. logged out and tried to log into that character. It did the same thing where it just sat there and nothing happened. I am restarting my game to see if that will fix it. If not then its still stuck.

Ok now in my character select it shows my character without armor on xD but still won't let me log it. So idk what to do at this point.

 

Yes. It's the .fix command you just did. It is supposed to move you to your Obelisk and unequip your items.

Any particular errors you are getting or the screen just hangs when you try to log in?

 

Well when I try to log into the character it just sits there and all the animations are still going. Then after a few seconds my games shuts off.

 

Odd. Since if you're stuck you'll simply wont be able to log into your character due to an error. And I don't think you are hard-stuck which has been common around since the latest update..
Try repairing your client and see how it is. Keep us posted.

 

I think I'm just gonna give up on it and delete him. I really appreciate your help though~

Clients-Side errors. Make sure that you have updated your AION correctly.

Per Deathangel, this is a server side database issue. Uehara is one of many people posting threads here on the same issue. GamezAion needs to fix it, and I am sure any type of progress report would be greatly appreciated.
