Can't Login Black Desert

I need to say sorry for my worse English first.

I can't login in black desert
But I can login launcher and choose my character
When I choose my character and click the login button，my screen was blacked.A Little time ago ，I have jump out to the launcher.
What should I do??

 

I suggest that you delete you username\documents\bdo folder, remembering to backup the screenshots and other stuff you might want to keep, also if you want to save your settings from future changes, then I warmly recommend that you use the Upload/Download Settings function in the main menu in the settings sub-section.

 

Thank you for respond my question.I have try to delete cache folder and username\documents\bdo folder.Download the launcher again ,but I still can't play it until now.
Are there any other thing I can do?

Yes,I did.But I can't play either.
Do I need to provide my log?
