Cant login

    Need help... I have installed Aion and runs to the logon screen than when i enter my acc name and pw it sayes "ID or Password does not match (2)" but i have created account like yesterday :S
    and today when it was finished instaling i couldnt login... and i have changed the PW but it was no use :S
    Please help

    Check your game version, we are still running 3.7, it's not 4.0. If it's 4.0, please follow this downgrade guide

    If you've already downgraded and still getting the error that your ID and PW doesn't match, just reset your password from the website.
    You'll get an email in your inbox asking you to reset and just follow it, pretty straight forward.

    I updated it to 4.0.0.2 and followed downgrade guide and still it's the same :S
    It doesn't want to aprove dowgradeing, it still stands on 4.0.0.2
    now what?
