can't obtain fairy quest

    i've done all quest logs needed but i don't have quest from black spirit

    Are you sure? With the new quest lines you also need to complete the quest chain called "The Qualities of a God" after killing Hexe to end Calpheon's history. Then you receive the fairy quest.
