Can't open skill page and game crashed

When press K or open skill page by any pathways game will close to desktop and It's happen only one character the other can open skill page normally.
normal download game client from GamezBD no other MOD.
family name : Sharina
character name : Hoshiro

 

Same thing also happened to me, I hope someone have a fix on this
Edit: found another thread and found the fix, you just need to unequip your artifact

 

Hello and welcome to the GamezBD Forum community. I am NOT a part of the GamezBD staff, just some random person trying to help.

When using the forum, please make sure to make a Forum Search, Before you create a new thread. Very simple, top right corner, you can even check the title only box for fewer results. Reason being that repeatedly creating new threads about the exact same topic, will eventually flood the forum making it difficult to find useful information, since as you can see this topic has already been posted at least three times now, and also answered.
