Can't pick up items or claim rewards

    Whenever I try to pick up items or claim rewards from any quest it says I don't have an empty slot but I checked and I have about 6 open slots, I tried relogging or even making more space but it didn't help.     It looks like your premium or value pack ran out, so items that were in now locked slots are also counting in what is showing as empty slots. My advice would be to use some free pearls to get a value pack to open up those locked slots, then make sure it does not run out again (easy to do withthe free pearls)
