Cant play gamez aion

    Hi guys,i was playing gamez aion for half a year. Today i wanted to come and play aion again , i logged in and i accepted therms. But after i accept thermes i cant select my character , it just stucks. I uploaded a picture. Thats all i can see. Im just really mad cause i had like really good gear and stuff. :/
    Oh yeah one more thing. When i log in it says im already logged in.
