Can't play the game after long time break. Restricted user error message

Hi i just wanted to get some gamezbd fun again, but seems i can't login, everytime i press START buttom a Restriced user error window appears and closes the game. I just made a fresh install so idk what more i can do. Help please??

Hello there Buggy just wanted to tell you that, even though it may be the "standard" thing to do and time changes everything so people do deserve a second chance, this is not the first thing that should be offered as a solution. If a player has been banned then there is a reason, so if we just keep letting these people back into the game without having them revise their actions that lead to said ban there would be no real effect of banning other than losing all the progress you have already made.
