Can't Re- log in

    I Created a Crystal Aion accnt ... lvl'd a scout to lvl 8 and had to log off, came back same day (today) logged in and getting nothing but "ID or password does not match (error 2)"

    C'mon, I just created this today,
    'Tried to change password but don't get the confirmation to my email, [email protected]

    ...please help
