Can't receive confirmation email to change password

    I changed my gamez account password, the site said confirmation mail has been sent. However I dont receive any mail from gamez. I tested the email address has no problem on receive mail. I checked the spam and has nothing.

    Is anyone able to help me out?

    Which browser you use? Have you tried another one?
