Can't received password reset email

Even if I have filled in the mailbox and applied to send the letter, the green word also informs that it has been sent.
Still can't receive mail. The mailbox is ***.
I don’t know if you blocked it. What If the mail cannot be delivered anyway, as an alternative, can you send me with a forum text? I’m always online and watching.
