Can't rescue

This season I started a new character and it is a guardian,
And my character keeps falling out of the game world after I use teleport of premium, map(item), or using the function of rescue
It is really painful because sometime I didn't save the location and I need to run there for another half an hour.
And this happened like 70% when I used those function or item
In addition, sometime after I falling in the underground, I tried to use type .rescue and fix the problem
And it teleport me back to the newbie village and it is still out of the world.
What I can do is using the function of rescue character with gamez website
And funny thing happened, it is still out of the world.....................................

I am doing a main quest that required me to teleport to a location by using a device in the desert.
I have been spending 4-5 hours repeating the process from running to desert and fall out of the world
I followed how kolka said and restart my computer before teleport.
And it doesnt work at all, I have tried 3 times
Man, it is so painful from repeating this trip, plz help and I dun want to run through the whole desert and I cant even set the path......
