    no its random sometimes your whole account might be glitched so every character you make will have a kisk bug
    sometimes only some of your toons might be glitched so making a new one might not have the bug

    Yeah it can be, but what with the fused weapons like nhde with abg or msta with abg you can trade all by warehouse but fused weps not. :/
