Can't see servers when logging in

Found the proper section sorry.

I've updated my game several times, but when I sign in after playing retail I can't see the server list it just shows the backdrop and thats it i've waited on that screen for maybe 3 and a half hours too see if maybe it was lag or something but still nothing, the launcher tells me to update my game so I click that and it updates..I sign in nothing..So I update via NCsoft launcher..sign back in nothing..I repair the game still nothing the only way i've seemed to get it to work is if I completely uninstall the game and sign in which takes 4 hours.

Did I miss something or do I just have to keep re-installing? I've thought of everything and I still see no servers unless I uninstall and reinstall.
