Can't Select my Character

you can always reinstall aion through the ncsoft launcher to solve the problem. dont forget to change the region to 'North America'
open ncsoft launcher > file > settings > advanced > region . then you choose north american and press ok

 

Try to add Korean on your keyboard , then type "ok" or ask from some Korean guy to tell u how we say "OK" in Korean *_* Idk.

Now if you want to change the Client's Language , I think deleting everything related to KOR from the L10N Folder (C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Aion\L10N) and repairing with the NCSoft launcher will do.

I personally would delete the whole L10N Folder/Repair.

If you decide to try this out , before you repair , make sure your NCSoft Launcher's Region And Language are set to North America(File -> Settings -> Advanced)
And the client Language aswell , Right click on "Aion" (or "Aion" (North America) , "Aion" (Korea) , etc ) from the Games' List in your NCSoft Launcher , Then Click "Properties" , Click Language Options , Check the "English" box from the list and set the "Launch Game Using" language to English aswell.

EDIT: Saw your Screenshot , i guess you'll have to delete the Whole L10N Folder , since there is nothing related to KOR/Korean/etc.
I hope it works , cause it takes long to download L10N. (My L10N Folder is 2,5GB :S)

 

Ok that is korean and what u need to do is type "ok" in korean which is "확인"
