cant start the game(

hi, ive downloaded the ncsoft client from the link on gamez site, then downloaded the gamez launcher, but when i started it it said "Please reinstall GamezAion with the correct path, aion.bin not found!" so i went to the support section and downloaded the bat file which i then placed in the aion folder and launched the game via it. the game launches but when i try to login it keeps saying "No game server is available to the authorization server". i reinstalled the gamez launcher many times but still the same error happens, plz advise me what to do, thank you.

 

Windows 8?

Download and extract this inside your Aion folder. Win8fix37.rar

Aion.bin not found? Maybe you put gamez launcher at the wrong place. Put it inside your Aion folder.

There is no "whole gamez aion folder" =p There's just the Gamez Aion Launcher. Once you download either the .exe or the .rar make sure you put them inside Aion folder and then either install or extract.

Though, if you got to the point where you can run the game, I would recommend using the file I gave you a link for. Download it and put it inside Aion's folder then try running again.

 

ok, now the normal gamez launcher is starting, but the game doesnt launch it just closes after the NCsoft logo on black screen

 

Are you using some Anti Virus program? Iobit Malware or w/e that thing is? Make sure it's not your anti-virus messing with you and ughh... What did you do? You moved the launcher or you extracted the file I gave you?

i repaired the files from original client and installed the gamez launcher, but still same thing, it doesnt go past NCsoft logo when loading the game

 

im using vista

 

Some of the files don't get replaced/deleted. If you're not using Windows 8 I would suggest extracting the same .rar somewhere else so you can see what files are inside it and then find and remove the files manually from Aion's folder. Then hit repair and try again after.

the original NCsoft client is working for some reason

ok its working now, but only with the .bat file which i got from support, but theres another problem now) when i try to access the black shop it opens the web shop of the official NCsoft client... how can i fix that?

 

Do you use Teamviewer? Would be much easier if I can just take a look and see what's wrong.

this is what happens basically, i remove the folders Data bin32 and L10N and then start the original client to repair them, after it finishes i put your rar bin32 in the client folder and keep the gamez launcher in separate folder and use the .bat file from support on gamez site to start the client. it starts and works but the black shop dont work it opens the original ncsoft shop instead of gamez shop in the game)) do u understand what im trying to say?) i think the problem is in the Data file or the L10N file.

 

L10N has nothing to do with it. That's the language and fonts pretty much. You shouldn't be using the win8 rar I gave you. That's only for Windows 8, not windows XP. It's probably why your game is messing. And keep Gamez Launcher inside Aion's folder. No subfolders needed.
