cant start the game

    HI im having this problem http://prntscr.com/ldw8qn i have tried to reinstall directx and forced check the game files but still im getting this error

    Go to following link in order to download latest DirectX End User Runtime. Restart your pc and launch the game again.

    • it says i have newer version so no installation is needed
