Cant start the installer

i downloaded the installer, i had the same problem then.
so i downloaded the ~40GB torrent, no executable included, so i put them together, still no progress. i have no clue what this error even is.
I have the latest version of Framework already installed.

 

Hey @SmartFeeniX, I'm sorry for the delay.
Have you followed any guide to install the game? Have you added exceptions for the game folder and its executable on both Firewall and Windows Defender (add to or disable AV if you have any).
