can't take main quests

I went through the main line of quests, and upon reaching lvl 56, I could no longer complete them. and I was forcibly given the quests of the Valencia branch. I mainly needed them to upgrade clothes, how can I take these quests

 

Have u choose mountain of eternal winter for starting ur game? Should check ur suggested quests otherwise just create a new character and make recent one be alt or transfer ur beauty album of recent charater to the new one then delete it. I did twice before with situation similar to urs.

 

Yeah, unfortunately the Eternal Winter quest start isn't the best, since for completely new players, which I imagine you are, since this is the first post you have made on the GamezBD Forum, also Welcome to the GamezBD Forum by the way.

As @TonyZhang pointed out, it may be an idea to start the game, as it used to. The best way to deal with this, is really to create another character, since the more characters you have, on your account/family, the more you can explore and do in-game
