Can't talk to <Gamez Helper> Kolka vendor

    For some reason I can't talk to <Gamez Helper> Kolka vendor, When I interact with him there's no options to trade/buy/sell/etc, he just says:
    "Hello Rollingarcher. I can offer some silver to you for boss PEN items or memory fragments for disco boss scrolls. Do you want to deal with me?"
